“Surge of Possibility”

“Surge of Possibility” was one of those pieces of art that was an extended creation. I created the “mountain range” and let it hang in my studio several weeks before “knowing” what I would do next. But “next” didn’t quite work out like I planned, the lake kind of fell off to the right and disappeared all together from the center to the left – not at all what I was planning! And then I saw it… the lake fell …  it created a waterfall! Another lesson in “The Art of Making Mistakes” beauty is there in my mistakes – I just have to be patient and see them.
