“After the Burn”

This piece is reminiscent of the bright green vegetation that graced our mountains after the forest fires in the valley around my home in Hamilton, Montana.The sun is a 9mm bullet that flattened after being shot into a steel target. The edges of the art are burned and left exposed by framing in a float frame.
